To set up email notifications for a shift allocation, follow these steps:

1.  Click the Settings tab on the main menu.

2.  Click the Shifts link.

3.  Select the shift from the list.

4.  Select the Alarms tab

  • Early In—This field will send an email when an employee has arrived earlier than anticipated for their shift
  • Late InThis field will send an email when an employee has arrived later than anticipated for their shift
  • Early OutThis field will send an email when an employee has left earlier than anticipated for their shift
  • Late OutThis field will send an email when an employee has left later than anticipated for their shift.
  • Missing Break Clocking—A notification will be sent if an employee is expected to take a break during an allotted time period and fails to do so. 
  • Missing Lunch ClockingA notification will be sent if an employee is expected to clock on and off for a lunch break and fails to do so.


    5.  When you are finished with each setting, click Save and Close.
