Once you’ve created the employee’s profile in Workforce TNA you can move forward by clicking on the Personal tab where you can then add additional personal information like Employment Date, Date of Birth and Employment Basis etc. 




If you have integration with PaySync by Aussie Time Sheets and your payroll software, then this information will automatically flow from your payroll application to Workforce.


Employment Basis: Ensure to make a selection in this field if you are defining Public Holidays, as some Public Holiday rules are built on the employee's employment basis.
