When using PaySync to integrate Workforce TNA to Xero, there are a couple of options when that data pushes to Xero.
1) Include Department. Check this box if you use Tracking on your Xero Timesheets. With this option checked, the Department that the employee is assigned to in Workforce TNA will push with the work hours to your Xero Timesheets and be used in that Tracking field. If you don't require this, then leave this check box un-checked.
2) Use Approved Timesheet. With this option checked your timesheets from Workforce TNA will push to Xero as Approved Timesheets. You can then proceed to your Pay Run in Xero. If you require others to approve the Draft Timesheet in Xero first, leave this box un-checked and then the timesheets from Workforce TNA will push to Xero as Draft Timesheets and will require Approval in Xero before they can be used in your Xero Pay Run.
