System Settings > Export Data allows you to export certain data from your Workforce TNA application.
Employees:
You can export your entire employee information to a .csv file. This can be very useful to verify employee details or settings en-mass. You can also use this export to change data and then re-import. This export file is specific to your database and it's custom settings per employee.
As all details for every employee export, ensure that only specific access to this Export Data menu item is given to the relevant staff when creating user logins to Workforce TNA under System Settings > Users.
