Support > Request Database Backup when clicked sends a copy of your Workforce TNA database to our Aussie Time Sheets Customer Service team for them to support and trouble-shoot your software on a database level. You will only need to use this option if requested by an Aussie Time Sheets support representative. The database is sent to a secure Microsoft Azure storage account located within Australia. Any database's uploaded can be permanently deleted upon request.
