If you are using the Default password, it is highly recommended that you change your password immediately!

Your initial Employee's log in to the Workforce TNA Employee Self Service may have been done using your Payroll number and a Default password supplied by your company's Admin.


To change your Password;

1. Log in using your Payroll number and Default password


2. Click on Change Password in the menu on the left -


3. Fill in the fields with:

        i.  - your Old password (the Default one given to you)

        ii. -  your New password 

        iii. - your New password again to confirm

        iv. - Click on Change Password


Note: There are no mandatory characters that you need to use. So, just use a simple password that is easy for you to remember.


If successful, you will see a confirmation on your Workforce TNA Home screen like this -
