You can manage all leave requests by clicking on Scheduling, then choosing Leave Requests -

NOTE - The default view is to Show Pending Only. To see All Leave Requests, simply uncheck the 
Show Pending Only checkbox - 

To manage a pending leave request:

  1. Click on the Leave Request entry - 
  2. You will see this window - 
    From here you can:
    1. See the current Leave Balance - if this has been entered
    2. See the future Leave Balance - if this has been activated
    3. See or Edit the Leave Type
    4. See or Edit the Date Range
    5. See or Edit the Comment
    6. Upload any supporting documents if you wish
    7. Choose either Approve Leave Request or Reject Leave Request 

 NOTE: Choosing Reject Leave Request will prompt a mandatory comment field

In either case, if your email is configured, the employee will receive an email notification of the result of his/her request

All approved leave will automatically appear on the employee's Timesheets and Scheduling Calendar
