Finding your account or resetting your password
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, just click on the "Forgot Username or Password" link:
This will bring up the Email Screen, where you can enter your email address, once entered click the Submit button:
....and we will send you a password reset and username reminder to your email address. Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password.
Forgotten Login URL?
If you have forgotten your Log In URL, go to: https://trackmytime.com.au/ this will open up the "Find My Account" window, where you can enter your email address and click Submit to retrieve your Account URL(s).
If you have navigated to an incorrect Account URL, you can click on the "Not your account? Find my Account." link:
Here you can enter your email address and click Submit:
....and we will send you a link to your account, or accounts, if your email address is linked to more than one account.
If you are unable to resolve by following the steps above, your Administrator should contact uAttend Support and we will manually reset your Administrator password.
