You will see these options on the Home Screen -

1.  Choose My Leave Requests from the Home screen.


        Or you can choose it from the Menu>

2. Your entire leave request history will be displayed here.


            - All Approved leave will show in green

            

            - All Denied leave will show in red


            - All Pending leave requests will show in blue    


Tap on the Add button to start a new leave request.

3. If your Workforce has been updated with leave balances, you will see your current leave 

    

        balance here - 


NOTE:     This balance is in Hours.

4. You will need to fill the highlighted fields below:



NOTE:     The Comments field is not compulsory. 

                It is a note to your supervisor which may assist your leave request.

5. Once that information has been chosen, you may notice 2 more useful fields.


NOTE: These fields are dependent on some settings in your Workforce being activated.


You may notice a future leave balance - 


And you may also see how much leave you are applying for -

6. The final step is to hit the Add Request button.



You will then see this confirmation screen - 


NOTE: While your Leave Request is Pending - in other words before your manager has either Approved or Denied it - you can make changes to your Leave Request by selecting it from this list.


However, once it has been processed by your manager, no changes can be made.


If you need to change it after it has been processed, you will need to ask your manager to Cancel that Leave Request and you will need to submit a new Leave Request.

7. Once you have hit the Add Request button, you should receive a confirmation email - 



You will also receive an email once your manager has either Approved or Denied it -
