Pre-configuration

  1. Enable time sheets in MYOB. Go to Setup > Preference > Tick Enable Time sheets > Set the weekday that your pay period starts.
  2. You will need to make sure Employee Names & Birthdays in Aussie Time Sheets and MYOB match exactly.
  3. If you have any duplicate archived employees in MYOB, you will need to make sure their names are different. We recommend putting suffixing (Inactive) in their last name field.\
  4. Make sure STANDARD PAY IS SET TO ZERO:

To find these settings please go to:

CARD INFORMATION -> Select Employee-> Payroll Details -> Standard Pay.

Set the hours to 0 (The dollar figure doesn’t need to change)

This stops the pay run from adding Standard hours + Timesheet hours.

  1. Make sure Pay codes and Leave Codes match with MYOB’s Pay Categories. In MYOB find your Pay Categories, find your calculated base, and overtime categories. Copy their name and paste it into the corresponding code in ATS (This is found in ATS by going to Setup > Pay codes > Select the Pay code > Paste the MYOB Pay Category into the ATS Payroll Code Field. This will need to be done for all Calculated and Leave codes. Please contact support if you need assistance.
