Note: this process does not delete an employee's clocking history, but instead filters them from the Employees/Time Sheets/Reports sections.
1. Go to the Employees section (Home > Employees or Setup > Employees):
2. Select the employee you wish to archive using the sidebar
3. Click the 'Remove' button to delete their information from the clock/s
(a prompt confirming this will appear after a few seconds)
4. Uncheck the 'Active' box
5. Click 'Save'
Once complete, the employee will then disappear from the sidebar list, as well as the Time Sheets and Reports sections.
However, you can still access their profile by selecting 'Archived' from the dropdown:
If you need to reactivate an archived employee, simply check the Active box and click Save.
