To round time to a set increment:

1. Navigate in Aussie Time Sheets to Setup > Daily Rules.

2. Select the Daily Rule.

3.Select the Rounding Tab.

4. You can select what type of rounding applies to each column and the minute it will increment to.

Rounding up will always move their clocking time up to the nearest number specified.

For example if someone clocked on at 0806 with the settings set to Round up to 15. It would move their time to 0815.

Rounding down will always move their clocking time down to the nearest number specified.

For example if someone clocked on at 0806 with the settings set to round down to 15. It would move their time to 0800.

Mid-Point rounding will always move their clocking to the nearest number specified.

For example if someone clocked on at 0806 with the settings set to mid point rounding to15. It would move their time to 0800.

5. Click Save.

Any data coming through to timesheets will have the rounding applied to it and show Bold. Mousing over the time will show a pop-up with the original clocking.
