Version 11 of WorkforceTNA introduces Application Notifications for employee's which will trigger on the employee's phone like below.
You will be able to configure notifications push to the employee's device for the below:
Forgot to clock on
Forgot to clock off
Shift start
To configure the notifications you'll need to log into your WorkforceTNA account.
Once logged in you will need to direct yourself to Shift Setup > Employee notifications then select Add to create a new notification.
You will need to choose the Notification Type then configure the conditions of the notifications.
So when do you need to trigger the notifications?
Which department and locations will receive this notification?
You might need a specific department to receive their notifications 10 minutes earlier then a different department.
