With the addition of User roles in WorkforceTNA it now provides the ability to assign multiple levels of User Access to the User for either access profiles in WorkforceTNA or strictly notification conditions or just specific schedule reports.
The three types of Roles you're able to assign are the following
Access: Access will provide the login user to
Notifications: Assigning a User role to the Notifications will apply
Scheduled Reports
