If Job Tracking is enabled, employees can be assigned to specific jobs within uAttend.  This can assist with tracking the amount of time spent on a particular job.


To Enable Job Tracking, follow these steps:


1.  Click the Users tab on the main menu. 

2.  Select the user's name from the list.

3.  Click on Edit in the Job Tracking Row and select On from the drop down options for Job Tracking:



4.  Click Save.

5.  Click on Job Tracking in the menu options below the Users Main menu option.  (Please note:  Job tracking needs to be set to On as per Step 3 for this link to be enabled in the menu options). 

6.  Click on View / Edit to open the Edit Job Window:


7.  Click on the Checkbox beside the relevant job numbers that you would like to assign to a particular Employee and click Save.



If enabled in Settings > Job Tracking the employee will now be able to select from the jobs that they have been assigned to when clocking on / off.
